• FREE Shipping for ALL orders over $200
  Orders with a subtotal of over $200 will receive free standard shipping via Australia Post. Please note: This offer excludes orders containing sale items.

• Australia-wide Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before dispatch.

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

• Shipping Costs
  Shipping costs for orders under $200 are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery speed.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

• Eligibility
  We accept returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

• Exclusions

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • For hygiene reasons, socks and headwear cannot be returned

• How to Request a Return/Exchange
  Email us at support@nuathlete.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

• Return Shipping
  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Faulty Items
  If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
