What's the go with shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping to save you $$. Standard rate across Australia is only 9.90 with Express being 15.00. International orders are flat rate but tiered depending on weight.

Orders over $150 AUD receive free standard shipping via Australia Post. Note: this excludes orders containing sale items.

How do I wash and care for my gear?

Cold wash only. Turn inside out before washing. Don't mix darks and lights. No bleach, stain removers, or harsh detergents. Hang dry away from direct sunlight - skip the dryer to keep the fabric performing longer.

What's your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale items are final sale. Socks and headwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email support@nuathlete.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll take it from there. Use our re-sealable mailer bags to return your item!

How long will my order take to arrive?

Allow 2–3 business days for processing, then 3–5 business days standard or 2–3 business days express. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
